Cindy Kotowski has worked for the Charles H. Greenthal Management Corporation since 2006, beginning her career as an administrative assistant for Real Estate broker Linda Rappaport while attending high school and college. In 2007 she studied for and passed the New York State Exam to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. Cindy graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Art from Towson in 2008. Upon graduation, Cindy returned to New York and worked full time for three years at Charles H. Greenthal Management at 4 Park Avenue in Manhattan.

During her experience working at Greenthal’s Corporate Office, Cindy realized that real estate was her true passion. In 2011, she began working as a full-time licensed agent. Seizing the opportunity to observe Linda’s professional approach to real estate, Cindy has been progressively gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful in today’s competitive real estate market. Cindy truly enjoys working with people to help them find a home that fits their needs. Cindy understands that every client has unique requirements, circumstances and that the first step to helping either a buyer or seller is to listen closely to understand their wants, needs, and goals.

In addition to working with clients, Cindy works diligently behind the scenes, managing and assisting in the daily operation of the on-site sales office, while keeping the sales office up to date in the latest use of computer technologies and marketing techniques. Cindy makes it her priority to ensure each step of every real estate transaction goes smoothly and that everyone is treated with personal care and professionalism. In 2016 Cindy was honored at Star Network’s 40 Stars under forty.
