Tony Rappaport grew up at North Shore Towers where he was raised by his parents, Dennis and Linda Rappaport, both prominent Real Estate Brokers in New York City. Tony has since purchased his own apartment at North Shore Towers, where his parents and both his grandmothers currently reside. In 2002, after attending Hofstra University working towards his degree in Business Administration, Tony studied for and passed the New York State Exam to become a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Since 2002 Tony has held several real estate positions including sales, marketing, financial services and mortgages, where he has gained valuable experience relative to the position he holds today. In 2010, with Linda Rappaport, Tony’s mother being a top producing real estate broker at North Shore Towers and Country Club for nearly two decades, specializing in the sales of luxury co-ops it was only a natural progression for Tony to start working alongside her at Charles H. Greenthal Property Sales at North Shore Towers, a place he has called home for most of his life.

Tony brings to the table keen negotiating skills, an unwavering sense of direction and a genuine love and enthusiasm for the real estate industry, which he has learned from his parents. At a relatively young age, his intuitive ability to meet the needs of both buyer and seller is notable. In fact, in 2012 Tony was recognized as one of the Top 20 under 40 Real Estate Sales Associates by the Long Island Board of Realtors thanks to his tireless focus and determination to be successful in all his endeavors.
